These terms govern the use of the ExpertCo platform by accounting firms and their clients.
1. Scope of service
ExpertCo provides a software platform for processing tax obligations, generating declarations, and integrating with ANAF SPV and e-Factura.
The service is offered on a subscription basis, per the chosen plan.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for keeping credentials confidential.
Live filing to ANAF requires the explicit authorization of a chartered accountant.
3. Limitation of liability
ExpertCo provides assistive tools; final fiscal responsibility rests with the authorized accounting firm.
We are not liable for outages of ANAF or third-party services.
4. Payments and termination
The subscription is billed monthly. Non-payment may lead to suspension of access.
Either party may terminate the contract with prior notice.
